        Welcome.  If you've had a chance to check out the examples of our web page design abilities, you're probably wondering what it would cost to have your very own web page created.  First, we'd like to urge you, if you haven't done it yet, to spend the few minutes it would take and check out some of the web pages that we've already designed.  You can do that now by simply clicking here.
        Now, about the cost.  Since the possibilities for a page design are endless it would be impossible to list all of the different prices involved so here's what we're going to do:  We've listed below all of the different features that we can include in our basic page (which should cover the needs of most folks) followed by the price of our basic page.  Anything over what is listed below will involve an extra charge which would be determined at the time you order your page.  O.k., here we go:

A basic page is $75.00 and $50.00 for each additional page which includes the following:

  1. Virtually unlimited text as long as all desired text is submitted to us in .rtf or .doc format. Keep in mind, however, that the more that is put on a single page the less professional it looks and the slower it loads. The slower a page loads the fewer people are going to stick around to view it;
  2. A background graphic;
  3. Basic Tables (required for clean page composition. Does not include complex tables - see below);
  4. Animated .gif files as long as they are either submitted to us or we have them in stock (we have a large selection);
  5. Photos (1 per page) and other web graphics (including bars, lines, buttons, banners, etc.) as long as they are either submitted to us "web ready" or we already have them in stock. A photo or other graphic is considered web ready by us if it is already in digital form and in either .gif, png., or .jpg format. Again remember that the more graphics on a single page the slower it loads and the fewer people are going to stick around to view it;
  6. A hits counter and/or statistics tracker. These are free, however, they may include a small banner ad. If you want the counter and/or tracker but not the outside ads there is an additional cost involved that varies;
  7. A sound or music file. A sound effect or music file can be included on a page. There is an additional cost if we have to find or create these files because you or we didn't have them on hand;
  8. JAVA applet as long as the script or applet is stock (pre-made and free to use - for decoration purposes only) and requires no personalization. We have a wide selection in stock;
  9. Flash animation as long as it is stock (pre-made and free to use - for decoration purposes only) and requires no personalization;
  10. All on-site Links. These are all links within the site we are creating;
  11. Meta tags used to improve and enhance webpage submission and visibility;
  12. Free holiday index page decoration up to twice a year - for Christmas, etc. - (This applies only if we are also maintaining the site).

A self contained Flash website (based on customizable templates) starts at $120.00 for a 3 page site (Flash intro not included).

The following additional services are not included in the basic price but are available at an additional cost:

  1. Custom photography--local: $10.00 per photo minimum $30.00 which includes any and all procedures to render photo web ready;
  2. Advanced Tables: For presentation of spreadsheet data, etc. $10-$20 per page depending on table compexity required:
  3. Custom graphics: Backgrounds, logos, banners, animation, image maps, etc. start at $30.00 an hour (complete set of custom graphics normally runs $30-$60);
  4. Photo and graphic editing: $5.00 per item;
  5. Custom JAVA, Flash, & DHTML including navigation bars/menus, banners, intros, & other special effects start at $30.00 an hour (normally runs $30-$60);
  6. Off-site links are $1.00 each with a minimum of $5.00. These are links that connect to external websites (other websites on the web). Note: we cannot create links from external sites to your site;
  7. Website submission to hundreds of the top search engines and directories (more depending on the type of site being submitted) 4 times a year for 2 years is $200.00 (other options are available).

Site maintenance cost is $50.00 per month for a minimum of 3 months ($150) and $50 per month on a month to month basis thereafter. The maintenance fee covers updating on up to 3 pages per month and up to 4 times per page per month. Updating on any pages over 3 will be billed at $10 each which includes up to 4 updates per month per page.
